Data Deletion Instructions

BizChat.bd (operated by BIZ CARE LTD.) respects your right to have your data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of any data our platform holds about you.
If you messaged a business through Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or a website chat widget
- We store the messages you sent so the business can reply to you. No password or payment data of yours is collected through chat.
- To have your conversation deleted, email us at support@bizchat.bd with the page/website name you messaged and (for Messenger/Instagram) the name of your profile. We will delete the conversation within 7 days and confirm by reply.
If you are a business account holder
- You can delete individual conversations from your own admin panel at any time.
- To delete your entire account — including your business profile, knowledge base, products, conversations and settings — email us at support@bizchat.bd from your registered email address. Everything is permanently deleted within 7 days after verification.

- কাস্টমার হলে: কোনো ব্যবসার page/সাইটে আপনার পাঠানো মেসেজ মুছতে চাইলে উপরের ইমেইলে page-এর নাম ও আপনার প্রোফাইলের নাম লিখে অনুরোধ করুন — ৭ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
- ব্যবসায়িক অ্যাকাউন্ট হলে: নিজের প্যানেল থেকে যেকোনো কথোপকথন মুছতে পারবেন। পুরো অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সব ডাটা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছতে রেজিস্টার করা ইমেইল থেকে আমাদের ইমেইল করুন।
